I met Vanessa a little over two years ago completely by accident. I had reached out online with an agent to look at a house in Lexington. Something went wrong as I was waiting in front of the house and the agent didn’t show up. Sooo, back to the internet where I happened upon Vanessa’s information. On a whim gave her a call and she dropped what she was doing and showed up 20 minutes later. She helped us purchase a different house and she actually just helped sell that house within two days for several thousand over asking. You will not regret doing business with this amazing lady!

We have been using Vanessa and her team for all our real estate needs, both personal and business, for several years. The entire staff is professional, accessible, and effective through all steps of the buying and selling process. Photos are first rate, price points are aggressive but realistic. I would highly recommend Vanessa Vale and team for your realtor needs.

We interviewed 4 realtors to sell our property. After our interview with Vanessa and her team, we knew they were the ones to go with. We were never disappointed in her or her team. What started out with multiple offers , losing the best offer, having to re-list, again multiple offers we settled on a buyer. After some crazy legal issues, then the day before closing a major leak that required a huge repair, delayed closing, finally closing arrived. Vanessa was so knowledgeable, supportive, empathetic and always available. We would recommend her and her team without reservation.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Vanessa. She is amazing! Efficient, friendly, professional.

This is the 2nd time Vanessa has assisted me purchasing a house. She is alway professional, efficient and outstanding at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone.

I don’t know what else I can say about Vanessa except I would recommend her to anyone!

Great agent, I was able to work with Vanessa on a deal and she was super professional, responsive, on time and knows a TON about the local market. If you have the chance to work with her, do it!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Not only did they achieve a sale in record time, it was above the asking price. If you’re looking for an agent, I couldn’t recommend Vanessa or Amy more! Do yourself a favor and use them!

Amy Meier was very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and made our home buying process a pleasant experience. She did a wonderful job making sure all our needs were met when searching for our new home.

Vanessa and her team did an amazing job selling our home. She was always there if we had questions and explained the process perfectly! Would recommend her and her team to anyone looking to sell their home!

Absolutely loved working with Vanessa and her team! Vanessa and Amy were so great to work with and were always around if we had a question. They made buying and selling so easy and pain free! We couldn’t have asked for better realtors! Would recommend the Vanessa Vale Team to anyone that I know that is looking to buy/sell!!

I've known Vanessa for about four years. She sold me the property back in 2016 so I wanted to sell the property with her. She's very knowledgable, always accessible, friendly, honest and patient. Vanessa was very on top of things throughout the selling process and worked well with myself as well as my tenants. Vanessa kept open communication and was very transparent with myself in regards to the buyers status and comments. She would be the only realtor I used if I still lived in Kentucky!
