I was Very Satisfied and the process was very quick and easy. Communication throughout the whole process was great. Annemarie was very helpful throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have picked a better company and realtor. I’ll recommend to anyone.
Annemarie helped us with a very unique purchase. Not only were we about 2,700 miles away for the entire transaction, we bought an existing business with the property. She was very helpful with offering resources such as contractors and attorneys, conducted live video tours on numerous occasions and was extremely prompt with getting our contracts done and getting answers to questions. I would highly recommend Annemarie for your real estate needs.
Extremely knowledgeable and timely!! Would recommend to anyone!!
Annemarie was fantastic to work with! She was very professional, personable, prompt, and responsive. As a first time buyer she walked me through each step of the process and ensured I was well informed the whole way.
Vanessa really worked hard for us during this housing market. She found us our dream home and also sold our current home for top dollar! She is very experienced and has a full time team to help you along the way !
Vanessa took the time to make the property shine and provided exceptional marketing to result in top dollar net for the sale of the property.
After looking for over a year and a half, Vanessa stayed on top of everything and was ready to get the job done when the right property came available. Her negotiating skills won the deal when in multiple offers.
Vanessa was great. She is experienced, knowledgeable and has the sales process down to a science. We closed in less than a month due to her responsive relationships with all the folks who are involved in getting a house sold and closed.. Most importantly, Vanessa serviced me when there was only a possibility that she could benefit. That opportunity did not work out for her, but she was equally diligent in her customer service in that situation as in my eventual purchase of a property through Vanessa. In fact, her willingness and excellence in helping me with the prior project is what convinced me she was the perfect agent for me when I finally found the right property. Choose Vanessa! You won't be sorry.
Her knowledge of the area, her professionalism, and her willingness to give us so much time, we felt very lucky to have found her. Although, we have purchased many homes over the last 35 years, we knew right away that Venessa "knew her stuff".
We met Annemarie during our house hunt and realized immediately that she was different from other realtors. She listened to us and answered every question we had. I knew she was always honest with us. Our transaction had many complications because we bought a condominium. She led us through every item and comforted us when we grew anxious. Communication is so important, whether you’re selling or buying a house. She checked in with us frequently, and showed us anything we wanted to see. We just closed on our new condominium and are so thankful we had Annemarie.
Amy’s market was perfect. She was extremely responsible. Amy was always ready to answer questions in each way. I really recommend Amy. I really appreciate your service. Thank you so much.
Annemarie is very professional and nice, she helped me with my first home, I’m very grateful I had her helping me. I highly recommend, she’s awesome!
