My wife first selected Kyle after he was able to sell a neighboring home efficiently and for a good price. We got our house on the market just as the interest rate started to go through the roof. Kyle let us know that the market was going to be a little "funny" for a while but he kept us constantly updated regarding comps in our neighborhood, feedback on our home, and always made timely suggestions on if we needed to lower our price or even when to keep it exactly where it was. I never felt pressured to drop the price just so he could make a sale. He was always willing to listen to any feedback my wife and I had for him. He went so far as to professionally stage the house to help us sell it and within a week of him doing so, we had a buyer for our home. To be clear, selling a home is an incredibly stressful experience for me. I am so grateful to Kyle and his team because they made it as painless and stress free as they possibly could. I found Kyle Madorin after going through several different agents recommended by my credit union’s realty service, who would not return calls timely, causing me to miss purchase opportunities on homes of interest. They wanted to send endless emails of new properties from their “parameter search” but when it came time to view one of those homes, crickets. Kyle was the only realtor I found who was on the phone with the selling agent to set up a showing just as soon as I said I wanted to view a property. Because of Kyle’s dedication, when I found the perfect home for my needs, he was able to set up a showing immediately and we made our offer the same day. (He is also an excellent resource for offer strategy)! After our offer was accepted there were still people viewing the property, late to the game as I always was with other agents. If you want THE house, you need Kyle.
