Every step of the way, he helped us with prompt advice, tips to make the house look more attractive and suggesting a reasonable sale price for a quick sale. Once we got the contract which was within a week, he patiently negotiated with the buyers’ agent for the best possible price, what repairs we should agree to, and ultimately closing the sale on time.
