•Christine helped me purchase my house 10 years ago so it was an automatic choice to go to her again when I was ready to sell it. With her experience and professionalism, she directed me throughout the course of preparing and listing the house, signing contracts, and waiting for the actual closing date. Since I had to proceed with my move out of state, Christine took charge and was there at the house every step of the way. She kept me informed through the process, easing my concern over my being physically absent. Since my new home purchase was contingent upon the sale of my Miami house, she even spoke with my realtor here to coordinate. As it turned out, I closed on both the sale in Miami and the purchase of my new home on the same day. I have bought and sold homes in several states in my life and never have I had such attention to detail and never have I felt so confident in my Realtor. I would recommend Christine to anyone who is in the process of buying or selling in southern Florida. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and caring.
