•Agent Lisa O'Connell was an absolute darling and joy to have as our real estate agent. She was very gracious in answering any questions my husband and I had, ensuring we understood clearly, any questions or details we were initially confused about and we had quite a few questions throughout the whole process. She made it easy to navigate looking for a home and once we found one we liked, she was able to negotiate using her expertise in real estate a purchase deal that we were happy with. She was able to obtain and schedule various inspection personnel quickly and easily for me in addition to arraigning other appointments, walkthroughs, process documents-signatures as needed. In general, she made it a walk through the park and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to have a top notch real estate person represent them and guide them through the real estate wilderness (as I liked to call it, as it was unchartered territory for my husband and I).
