Lindsey made our home buying experience a breeze! As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and didn’t know where to start. We sat down for a call and she explained everything. I was in contact with Lindsey for 2+ years before we finally took the leap of faith and officially started the process of buying a home. We were so nervous and the rates were terrifying. But after that call, our confidence was high. ***She even sent a email with all of the details, processes, 10 commandments of home buying, dos and don’t’s, etc. everything we needed was right there. As someone who is very organized and wants to know ALL of the things, I appreciated the organization, detail, and thought that went into making those “packets.”*** Lindsey was flexible with her schedule (my husband works crazy hours), kept us in the loop with everything, and quick to respond to our calls and texts no matter what time it was. She gave us advice when we needed it, encouraged us to stay strong when our offers were getting turned down, and reminded us that this is supposed to be a fun (but serious) experience. Home buying is not something to be taken lightly. When I first met her, I knew from the start that she is passionate about what she does. She takes such great care of her clients (buyers and sellers!). She even kept our young son in mind, which meant a lot to us. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone! We will definitely be hiring her again when we purchase our next home! We love our new home! Thank you x a million!

Lindsey had reached out to me while I was struggling to sell the home or find an agent willing to help I had made numerous Facebook posts and from her first message I knew we had found the hardest working and most dedicated agent in the state of Florida From day 1 she made great suggestions and took the bull by the horns she took her expertise and contacts that she had and maximized our earning potential as challenging as our property became she never gave up we officially signed and sold today and we couldn't be happier with everything she's done for us 1000 out of 10 would work with her again and would refer any and everyone I know to her

Lindsey is absolutely phenomenal. Her response time if very fast. She is super efficient at her job and is such a joy to work with. We have been working together to build my credit and a buy a home for almost 3 years, and she stuck around even after we had to move the date several times to to unforeseen circumstances and waiting for us to get our credit where it needed to be. She is so kind and so patient. She really cares for her customers and honestly I felt more like a friend throughout the entire process. Thank you for everything you have done and will continue to do in the future. I know if I need any information or advice about homes, and even contacts for good people to trust for our home, I can count on you. You are exceptional and made everything seamless for us. We met Lindsey nearly two years ago at an open house. She was very friendly but not pushy. She listened when we said we weren't sure we were ready to buy a home. However, she kept in touch...never trying to sway us either way. Fast forward a couple years, and we decided that we were ready; the first house we requested to see was her listing! While we weren't completely sold on the house, we were certain we wanted to wok with Lindsey going forward. She coordinated showings, and we spent some time looking. She coordinated the showing of the home we bought within minutes of us sharing it with her, and she was with us every step of the way. Lindsey not only knows houses; she knows the trends in the market and is not afraid to tell you the truth. Additionally, she is well connected to so many different resources, from amazing lenders and inspectors, to contractors. She listens and makes sure that she answers your questions. She also has a pretty awesome personality, making our experience so much fun. I'm glad fate brought us back together again.
