Well, I am so glad we met Angie! This was our first home purchase and seriously, it would have turned out quite different if we had not worked with her. If you are looking for someone willing to show you dozens and dozens of houses and not demand for a decision after a certain number of showings, someone who understands the house buying process (from identifying "the one", to mortgage application, to closing), look no further. Angie is patient and really did put our needs first. She kept telling us, even after showing us something like 30 houses, that we'll know when we find the one. We visited houses that fulfilled everything we specified in our search, but still didn't register in our hearts as "the one". My wife and I were extremely picky clients, with very precise and unusual search criteria. She didn't abandon the search or ask us to settle for the first one we labeled as a "maybe"; she kept showing us good properties until we found the one that "clicked". We closed on it a month later. She will stay in touch, almost 24hrs a day; always available, eloquently and thoroughly explaining every step of the way to closing. This was crucial for me, since it was our very first time wading through the waters of mortgage application. She seemed to have a principle that in order for a fast, fair and timely purchase process, there has to be a daily progress. And with her guidance, we were able to stay close to our mortgage application and all administrative necessities, which vastly helped a smooth process. Angie was God sent. She knows what she's doing and has done it for some 30 years. You can chose to work with rookie realtors; or you can chose to work with greedy ones ("choose this one NOW"); you can also chose to work with extremely busy and difficult-to-connect-to realtors.
