I sold a house for the first time ever working with Marie and it was a remarkably smooth process. I was really impressed with Marie's honesty and knowledge of the market. She offered great advice and provided options but let me make my own decisions. Throughout the process it never felt like she was looking out for anyone but me. She kept me well informed throughout the process so much that when it was done I missed our daily calls! What could have been a complicated and emotional experience (selling the first home I ever owned after 25 years of ownership) was a remarkably simple process that proceeded at the pace she predicted and sold in the price range she promised.

As a first time home buyer , I didn't know what to expect buying a house. I'm more than happy to say that Marie Patterson , is everything I could of asked for in a realtor. She had a wide range of knowledge of ever process in buying a home. She was an aggressive and persistent negotiator. She valued my wishes and worked hand over fist to get me into a house I found comfortable. She was meticulous in getting the work done. Not only would I recommend her , but I would hire her for every home purchase I decide to make in the future.
