Joe and Hank were the professionals we had hoped for in this Real Estate Market. Joe and Hank were referred to us by a friend and so we felt very comfortable they were very good at what they do. What was so valuable was the coaching and mentoring of the property in what needed to be done to make this more attractive to a buyer. We had made comments we were going to spend monies to enhance the curb appeal and Joe and Hank was so knowledgeable as to what to make improvements on that will help sell the house. By their coaching saved us thousands on things we were going to spend monies on that with their guidance were not going to add to the value of the house. Excellent reasons for using their service.
