We worked with Joe for the last 6 months until we found the ideal house. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to properties, neighborhoods, etc. and the most important is that he doesn't rush you to buy a house until you are 1000% sure ;-). We would recommend Joe to anyone and we will work with him again if we decide to buy other property. Definitely, now days you need someone to trust in this business and Joe is the one!

I have worked with Joe on the purchase of my last two homes and sale of my last house. He was beyond patient with me throughout the entire process on both sides. He was knowledgeable, thorough and always offered me great advice. My most recent sale and purchase happened very quickly and he was there every step of the way. He negotiated well with the other parties and was quick to respond to all of my questions. I highly, highly recommend Joe when buying or selling. He truly is a reliable, honest realtor!! Five stars all the way!!

Joe Lopez was an amazing agent! He was extremely knowledgeable about the properties we went to look at and what we needed to look for. He made the process easy and seem seamless from beginning to end. Joe was always available for questions and really took time to meet with us when we needed him. Without him we would not had found our forever home ! He is someone that I would refer to my family and friends if they were in need of an agent! His customer service is top notch!

Joe sold my house in one day and above the asking price! He handled all the negotiations with the buyer and the details of the sale. All I had to do was sit back and sign on the closing day.

My realtor was Joe Lopez of Tuscawilla Realty. The very best there is. Honest, genuine and most of all always there for you. I highly recommend him. As a first time buyer he was a friend and held your hand through it is all.

Last year Joe helped my sister find her dream home. About 6 month ago, I reached out to Joe to look at a variety of properties, mostly condos and townhouses. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions with ease, and helped me be realistic by being honest and knowledgable. I will be recommending that any and all of my friends work with Joe in their future real estate transactions. It was refreshing to work with someone that wasn't just out to make a sale and get a commission, but instead really enjoyed helping me find the place that was best for me.

Joe Lopez impressed me from our first tour of a home and continued to amaze me with his knowledge through each and every home. He won my business with his thoroughness; for example checking the materials used in plumbing the home, checking the type of windows, investigating the unseen and promptly telling me details if he thought it might not meet my expectations in the home. Joe, is a concerned individual, who worked to get around the biggest obstacles that my search presented. He reached out to other resources to find another way around the seemingly impossible. I would definitely recommend Joe Lopez to anyone looking to buy a home.
