•Michelle was the best agent you could ask for hands down. I literally would see a listing I would be interested in and she’d immediately make an appointment to go see it whenever I was available (sometimes within an hours notice). The listings were real time, so as soon as the house hit the market we’d usually be either the first or second ones to look at the house. Also, her knowledge on how to submit bids allowed for me to win the bid over others. After winning the bid she was excellent with providing instructions on what was needed next and providing all the necessary paperwork promptly.
