I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Michelle. This was my first home buying experience and she made it so easy. She was very professional & personable and knew everything I questioned. She worked for me during the searching and purchasing stages and even after we closed she continued to check in for a while and helped me with a situation early on a weekend morning after we closed. I would recommend her to anyone.

First time homebuyers. Monika explained the whole process so we could understand and feel like we were making knowledgeable decisions. She was very patient with us, we looked at maybe 20 houses and she never showed signs of frustration, even when we went looking in the rain. Monika helped point out little things in all the houses that we didn't even know to look for. She listened to our wants and never tried to push anything on us to pick something. She responded quickly and kept us informed of anything we might need to know. She helped us all the way through the process. We are very thankful to have met Monika and couldn't have had a better experience!

Monika is a very personable yet professional real estate agent. She is very honest and will not tell you things just to make a sale. With Monika's help, my wife and I were able to find our dream home (at a great price). Our type of home sale required all phases to be completed very quickly. Monika was very proactive to make sure items were in place. And when others were behind in the process she would give them "friendly nudges" to get their part finished and turned in. The process was flawless because of her tentativeness! I would highly recommend her!

Michelle was the absolute best! We lucked into her being our realtor by having us look at another property. It wasn't really for us so we thanked her and were just planning on waiting a little while to look again until Michelle said she would be more than happy to show us any house in Arkansas and Oklahoma! That's all it took! She ended up finding us the house we actually closed on today & helped make the entire process stress free. She walked us through the entire thing every step of the way. It didn't matter day or night she always answered my calls or texts. I felt extremely comfortable with her and actually felt like I had known her for longer than just that month.
