My experience was amazing.
My husband, Isaac, and I have the BEST real estate agent to assist us in our first home buying experience. We also gained a friend out of it. I am so thankful for Dakota and his wife Marie. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with them!

Great experience and determined to meet needs!
Had a really great experience working with him. He was willing to search for the attributes that I was looking for in a home. Did not make me feel pressured into anything I wasn’t ready for. Very willing to show property anytime. He communicated with me throughout the whole process which gave me piece of mind in owning my first home.

Can’t say enough about how amazing she is!!
Can’t say enough about how amazing she is!! She is everything you want in a real estate agent as well as just being an amazing person all around! She made arrangements around our tight work schedules for showings, allowed paperwork to be done 5 hours away from the home we were purchasing, and then updated us daily. Can’t say enough about how amazing she is!!

Monika is AMAZING!! We have bought three houses through her expertise and now sold one, soon to be two. We won’t use any other agent in the Fort Smith, AR area. She is kind, yet precise in the real estate market. Her knowledge and attitude to get the job done is imperative, especially in the market we find ourselves in. Not only was her knowledge of the area helpful, she was up to date with market changes and sold our house above list price in less than 12 hours. Don’t look for another professional, she truly is the best in her profession!

What a lucky day!
My husband and I are retired and wanted to relocate to Fort Smith, AR. Handling that kind of change at a distance was quite daunting. We found Monika Jones through an inquiry we made on a house we saw online. What a lucky day! Monika served as our buyers' agent and helped us in so many ways. She was always available via text or phone. When we finally found "the house", she worked well with the sellers' agent and kept us on track throughout the process. Above and Beyond
Mrs. Monika went above and beyond for me. I being a first time home buyer and no clue what to do or even begin to ask for and she was right there to explain everything. She kept my best interest and in mind dealt with every piece of paperwork that came our way so I had absolutely no questions.
