Would highly recommend utilizing Mark's skills in securing your next home, rental or investment property in the SWFL marketplace! He helped my wife and I purchase our condo from Ohio. He always made himself available on our schedule since we were commuting from Ohio and had limited time in SWFL each time we came to look at homes. We met Janice in 2007 when we wanted to buy our second property in Pelican Preserve. She came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. She has a through knowledge of the market, the entire community and a true love for it! 10 years later when we needed to relocate I contacted Janice and again she handled every detail making our transition smooth.
