We met Janice in 2007 when we wanted to buy our second property in Pelican Preserve. She came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. She has a through knowledge of the market, the entire community and a true love for it! 10 years later when we needed to relocate I contacted Janice and again she handled every detail making our transition smooth. We highly recommend Janice and we are going to miss her and the community!
