We were coastal NC residents for 25+ and were forced to leave due to work. Several months ago, we stumbled across Sneads Ferry and found our way to Joann. We’ve been looking for a place for quite a while and even found a few places, where offers were made, but nothing fully panned out. Joann stuck with us and always said, “Don’t worry, I’ll find you a house.” Yesterday, we closed on that house…the one that hit all the buttons, sits just a bit back from the water in a sleepy little hamlet, where the Shrimp Festival is “The premiere event of the year.” We can’t wait for our next chapter and we greatly appreciate Joann and Ashley; their sticktoitiveness, communication, camaraderie and support were unmatched.
