I cannot say enough things to do Joanne and her team justice. They showed us MANY homes and mostly on the weekends given my hectic work schedule and never pressured us to decide. They remained patient and positive, reassuring us that we would find the right fit. They were right! Bizz was great to work with. Over the course of several days, Bizz showed us multiple houses (some more than once). He really listened to our wants and needs and showed us only homes that met those needs. He worked with us to make an offer on an existing home, but the seller would not come down in price enough for us to agree. Bizz arranged to look at some new homes being built in the same subdivision as the existing home. We ended up making an offer on the new construction. Bizz was with us all the way from looking at houses to closing on the new home. Thank you Bizz!
