Tony was the best.....professional, caring and always willing to go the extra mile during evey phase of our transaction. He even called me after the closing to make sure they we were not affected by the "wildfires" in our new state!.

Anthony was an incredible help with the complicated sale of a condo that my extended family recently inherited. There were 6 of us sellers, spread out in 4 states and 2 countries, and none of us could be on hand to handle all the pre-sale preparation. Tony took care of all the details necessary for preparing the condo for sale, and found us a cash buyer within 24 hours of listing the property! He was always very pleasant and professional to deal with, and we highly recommend him!

Anthony Russano Jr represented me in purchasing my lifelong dream of owning a condo on the beach. From the moment I spoke with Tony it felt as if we had been lifelong friends. His expertise and knowledge of the Treasure Island market was amazing. He provided recommendations for my title company and inspection company. Living out of state this was critical for me. He not only helped me negotiate a great price but he also facilitated the process by following up when I needed to fill out the various paperwork and forms. Tony is well respected by his peers and well known in the real estate market. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a property and I would never work with anyone else. Tony helped us from start to finish. We had a difficult buyer and he was able to keep things smooth for us. He gave us great referrals for repairs we needed to do. He met contractors for us. I can't say enough good things about Tony. Tony is everything you would want in realtor and then some. We are out of state and he handled everything for us. Best realtor that I have ever worked with.

Tony is truly an exceptional real estate agent! Being from out of town, we were hoping to find an agent who not only would help us find a condo but would be open and honest with us too and Tony was the one! He is very personable, knows the market, and is a fantastic communicator. When a property came up that we were interested in, he was right there to take us on a virtual tour, and he did this many times with us. We appreciated his candid feedback about the property too. Tony helped make this a great experience for us, he is just the best!

Tony was an absolutely amazing agent from day 1. He helped us to purchase 2 investment properties. Our first one he did a great job at negotiating the overpriced unit to a more fair market value price. On the 2nd unit, we were nervous we wouldnt be able to get a 2nd one in the building, but Tony saw that it popped up as soon as the listing went active, called us, and we had a verbal offer accepted within the hour. Tony was extremely pro-active, communicated everything very thoroughly and really helped to guide us as new investors in the short term rental market. Again, can't say enough good things about the job he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a solid, experienced agent.

Anthony (Tony) was a Godsend for our property hunt endeavors. We came into some funds and we'e seeking someone with 1031 exchange experience. We were able to find Tony, and take on the mission to find two (2) beachfront properties in less than 45 days. Well needless to say, Tony championed our search. He was well informed, resourceful, proactive and in-touch with all of our criteria and needs for what we were looking to purchase. Watching him do his realtor magic was surreal, as we were property owners within a month as needed and he found us beyond stellar properties through word of mouth and detailed research!! I can highly recommend Tony for his expertise and enthusiasm in helping find your perfect real estate option!!

I found a condo I was interested in on the internet. I called Anthony and told him I wanted to see it. He made arrangements for me to see it that same day, within a couple hours. When I told him we wanted to purchase the condo he sent us the application right away, we completed it and he submitted to the other realtor that same day. He was there for the inspection. He successfully negotiated the price with the seller through his agent. He was there every step of the way and made sure everything was done within the required time frames. We were able to close on the date I had selected and he was present at the closing to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did. We have used Anthony’s services numerous times in the past 15 years and they have all closed as smoothly as this past one.
