The quality of service received by husband and me can only be described as superior to any other. Hands down, Matt Freda and his team have stood by my family since 2019. His team helped my sister and brother buy their first Florida home in 2017. Based on their recommendation we solicited his services to buy our first Florida home as well. We were not as ready to buy as my siblings but that did not change the quality of service we received from Matt. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He understood our financial position and drew from his knowledge and expertise to point us in the right direction. He continued to work with us until we were ready to buy, he communicated effectively every step of the way and when it was time to buy he was honest and respectful of our needs. Once we were ready, we found our dream home in no time. The most memorable moment for me would be the moment we pulled up to the property and I saw Matt waiting by the front door to greet my husband and I. I immediately became overwhelmed with joy and knew that this was the home for us. While the journey was not perfect, the end result was definitely worth the wait. I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone wishing to buy or sell their home without the fear of falling victim to predatory agents. Matt and his team were essential in this process and we are very pleased with our new home. As I sit and type this review, in my new home office, I am overwhelmed, I can't believe we are finally here, almost three years in the making and Matt never once wavered nor did the quality of service degrade with time, if anything it solidified that we made the right choice in choosing Matt Freda and his team for our real estate needs.
