I contracted with Penny to sell my high value home/investment property. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily hard working. She always answered my calls or immediately returned them day or night. I met with other realtors prior to her who told me I couldn't come close to getting the value I wanted for my property. Not Penny, she said she wasn't afraid of anything and brought me several buyers. She worked diligently and tirelessly with such amazing class and sophistication at the same time. She was also an absolute joy to work with. She sold my property for asking price. I think the greatest compliment you can give a professional is to repeat business with them. We met Penny while on vacation. She took the time to meet my family and show us various homes throughout the area. We were not looking for a second home. After spending a few hours with Penny, our "just looking" quickly became a possibility. Penny is so knowledgeable and kind. She is not pushy and she doesn't try to sell. She listens. Penny was able to ascertain what our goals were and how purchasing a home fit into our plans. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Since we were out of town, Penny had to do virtual walk thrus. Penny answered all of our questions. Penny answered questions we had not even thought of or thought to ask; she addressed every possible scenario.
