I don't know how any realtor could have done more for us than Penny. We are new to house buying in the US, she held our hand all the way, going way above our expectations all the time. Her knowledge of all areas we were interested in was awesome. She took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and area, our house search was pinpoint accurate. As we approached closing she answered question on the utilities, Insurance, HOA, ADT, you name it, she was there for us. Even now, having closed a week ago, she is still helping us, answering our questions, giving us support. She is meticulously prepared,has detailed knowledge of the processes and areas, is completely professional, all backed by years of experience.

I cannot recommend Penny enough to anyone wishing to purchase a home. She consistently went above and beyond what I expected of her during the house buying process. As international buyers we of course had an extra level of difficulty purchasing a home in Florida. Penny made this process 10x easier and managed to consistently settle any nerves I had. She worked incredibly hard to get us the best price on the house then continued to work hard holding my hand every step of the way when purchasing the home. If there was any confusion on my part Penny was always there to help out. I genuinely do not believe the house buying process would have gone as well as it did without Penny's help. Clearly passionate and extremely knowledgable about her job, what would normally be a stressful process became fun and interesting. Her personal touch and caring supportive attitude was more than expected. Meaning that I no longer consider Penny as just our estate agent but a friend who I would gladly meet up with when I visit the home. Without a doubt she should be the first estate agent on anyone's mind when it come to purchasing or selling a home.

Penny could not have done more for us with our house sale. We didn’t make it easy for her with a busy rental schedule but her total professionalism stood her head and shoulders above any other realtor in the area. She made sure the house presented well on every viewing, going in in advance to be sure it looked it’s best and I know she had to deal with several difficult potential buyers. As we got nearer to closing she made sure everything was in place and communicated with us and the selling team to make the process as transparent and smooth as possible. Always professional, honest, hard working, cheerful and helpful, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Penny, outside of being such a sincere and kind person, is one of the most communicative and helpful professionals I've ever worked with. Penny was amazing through the whole process. She truly went above and beyond anything I’d expect an agent to do. As a foreign seller not able to attend the property Penny was indispensable, and helped my organise the whole process including the shipping of my personal items which would have been very difficult to arrange. Throughout she was very friendly and professional and provided excellent advise when I needed it. I feel very fortunate that I ended up choosing her to represent me.
