Alex helped me negotiate a deal on a condo which needed work to buy, renovate and sell for a profit. The condo was listed in MLS and most investors don't think one can get a good deal on MLS, but with Alex on my side we were able to negotiate a good price and get it under contract quickly before multiple offers. Now that I have renovated and sold it I realized my gains and am very happy. Will definitely use Alex again in the future.

I'm writing this review because my realtor agent deserves this. This is not the first time I have used Alex Galitsky. Every time I wanted to find a tenant to occupy my property, I thought of Alex and he never failed me. Last year, Alex sold my empty lot so quick that I was really amazed at his ability. And... this year, he did it again. My condo was on the market only a few days and was offered and sold right away. I've told Alex that I have a vacation coming up in late November of this year (2022) and am afraid that I may not be able to sign the papers because I'll be out of the country. Well, he encouraged me that it could be done and it's unbelievable that he did his magic again. Now, it's only early November and my title papers are all signed and I don't have to worry about it any longer. The deal is done! Of course, if there's another property for sale, I'll think of Alex again. He is the man!
