Another job well done. Not only did Alex help negotiate a top dollar for me, he went above and beyond. The buyer requested that I replace the electrical panel in order to get insurance. I asked Alex to help find a vendor who can do it with a permit and quickly. Thanks to Alex's relationship with an electrician Alex was able to have him come out the next day to do the work and the city inspected and passed the work the next day and we were able to close on time. Will continue using Alex for my flips for sure.
