I chose to list my downtown home with Alice and Token Realty. I have purchased with Alice in the past as a buyer and she delivered real results and was a great negotiator. I decided to give her a shot listing my home. It was in excellent condition but needed photos, staging, and of course the right price and a buyer. Alice helped me with selecting a staging company, picking a package for the staging company, photos, and of course listing the home. She let me set the price. We started way north of where I wished to sell the home. Sure, I was dreaming but it was a seller's market. I asked Alice why we didn't have much activity, she stated my pricing was wrong and she would run comps and make a better recommendation based on the market conditions and current supply and demand of competing homes. As soon as I agreed to move the price to the reasonable asking price, I had a qualified buyer and I accepted the offer. She assisted me with a seamless quick close while traveling and a mobile notary to finalize the deal.
