Firstly, when I viewed the home it was already under contract (with another buyer), but she encouraged us to view the property anyways incase the current contract fell through. Well I'm so glad we did, because once the house was re-listed, not only were we already prepared to make an offer, but she was also able to beat the competing offer on the house AND stay within my budget, all whilst I was out of town traveling. Alice was amazing throughout the entire process, always coming well prepared to the viewings to answer my many questions. She also took the time to explain every detail and line of the very many and very overwhelming contracts that come with purchasing a home. I am an anxious person by nature, so purchasing my first home came with a lot of stress (especially given today's market), so I appreciated that Alice answered every call/text I had on both large and minor questions, promptly. She did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Alice for your home purchase.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have decided this time since our service from Token Realty was phenomenal! After shopping around for a real estate agent that would help me with my very specific needs, I came upon Alice after she was recommended to me by a long time friend. I couldn't be happier that we chose her! I own several properties and have made quite a few real estate transactions over the last two years, but none of my past realtors have been as attentive, genuine, and personable as Alice. In this market, you need some fast and resourceful like her who will jump on a house ASAP, do the research needed, and advise you on the best way to approach with an offer. Even though she a busy person, she always makes you feel like she would stop everything she is doing just to answer your questions and make you feel important and at ease (even when she's halfway across the world!). She was very respectful of my decisions and opinions. I never felt pressured to do more than I wanted to do and never felt hesitant to state my requests or ask for clarification when needed. She made herself available whenever I needed her and walked me through every step of the way even after closing. Dena, another agent at Token Realty was also super kind and amazing. Dena gave me tours of the home several times during the escrow process and was so professional and easy to work with! You really can't ask for better realtors.
