My fiancé and I were buying our first home. Initially was just to look and get an idea, but my fiancé would pile up homes she wanted to view from Zillow. Frank and Brenda stated they would show us home they knew we’re available that may not have been on Zillow or the like. We would sometimes see up to 7 homes in one day at no charge! Frank and Brenda knew the ins and outs of the entire process very well. Whenever I had questions about the process or what was next, they had an answer. They have experience renovating homes themselves and were honest about the repairs that would need to be made to any home and how much that may cost. Having done some work myself I knew they could be trusted after the first home we viewed. They were available call, text, or email at any time and we never had issues having them available to us when we needed them. When it came to closing documents, they made sure to manage expectations well- the seller was a real estate investing firm. With their help we were able to offer a competitive price and ended up paying nothing in closing costs- saving money for us to fix things we needed done to the home. I could not be happier with our real estate agents- good, honest, knowledgeable people!
