I've never been through a home-selling experience, and like anything else that's new, it's a little scary. Tracey confidently guided us through it, and everything went smoothly, even with a couple house updates that had to be accomplished after inspection. This put the closing date off, but Tracey also handled that like a walk in the park. If I still lived in PA and had a house to sell, I'd look her up and ask her to be my realtor.
