We considered selling by owner and Bill talked us into letting him list it. He showed us all the Pros and Cons between FSBO and him listing. I told Bill a number I wanted to get after everything was finalized and he said we should have no problem hitting that number. Sure enough, thanks to Bill, we had countless showings within the first few days and accepted an offer well above asking. I exceeded my sales goal and didn't have to deal with scheduling walk throughs or any of the other boring/intimidating stuff that comes with selling a house. Bill did a solid job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell (or buy).
