Great selling experience.
Billy knew when I should list my house, what we could get for it, and made the whole experience painless. From start to finish he is a class act and couldn't ask for a better realtor to work with.

No FSBO for me! ( Thank God)
Initially, my wife and I were going to sell our house ourselves. After putting up a “coming soon, this house for sale “ sign up, we realized that our time constraints, though minor, could interfere with us maximizing the returns on our home sale. We hired Bill Swanzer and we sold the home in 5 days with more than the asking price and ENOUGH more to completely offset the realtor fees. We could not be happier with the outcome and the lack of stress!

Patient and knowledgeable.
Bill is the best. The most patients and friendly realtor I know. Sold our home in 3 days and over our asking price. I highly recommend him and his staff.
