I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio (Wakeman). After graduating from Firelands High School, I attended the University of Toledo, where I received my Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a focus in Human Resource Management. After college, I moved down to Florida for six years, working in the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry. In December of 2015, I moved back to Ohio, received my Real Estate License within a few months, and have been a full-time Realtor ever since. Our office is located in Amherst, and I am willing to travel at least an hour away to help my past, present, and future clients. In my five+ years of experience, I have listed and sold many different types of real estate, including single-family residential homes, multi-family homes, vacant land, and commercial office buildings. I am more than happy to help anyone who is thinking about buying or selling real estate, or anyone who has questions and/or would like to know more about the real estate market.

As realtors, Tom and Patty collectively have over 48 years of experience working the residential real estate markets in Lorain, Erie, and Huron counties. Patty has worked in health care and has also worked as an administrative assistant in Vermilion Local Schools for nearly 30 years. She was licensed to sell real estate in the year 2000. Her husband, Tom, taught high school mathematics in various school systems for 47 years. Tom was licensed to sell real estate in 1994 and has been at it full time since retiring from teaching in 2014. Patty and Tom have been selling real estate together as the Dryfuse Team for the past 22 years. Patty and Tom have been particularly adept at pricing properties to sell and in finding ways to bring buyers and sellers together. Steve "Captain Ron" Allor has been selling real estate in Northern Ohio for over 20 years. As his background is construction and sales he is uniquely suited for this industry. With experience in residential, commercial, vacant land, farms and parcel divisions he brings a professional can do attitude to each new deal. Amanda obtained her real estate license in 2021 at the age of 21 years old and is eager to grow her career in real estate. Amanda grew up in Lorain County, attending high school at Midview and earning an associate's degree at Lorain County Community College. Gregg is a life-long resident of Lorain County and has a long history in real estate, the construction industry, and engaged community involvement. He has been a licensed realtor since 2004. His love of the outdoors and working in the construction industry made real estate a natural tie. It was through Gregg's family construction business where he learned the value of owning property, both residential and commercial. While working in and operating the family business the Fior philosophy was quality and integrity for every client, treating everyone like family.
