Simply the Best! Jessica Willaford

Jessica Willaford is the best! My recent home buying experience was beyond fantastic, thanks to her. Jessica worked diligently to find the perfect home for me. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. She always kept in touch, followed up, and was ready to move quickly when we found the right one. Jessica is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly hardworking! She is from Polk County with years of experience and a thorough understanding of the local market. She is well respected in the community and has inspectors, handymen, mortgage companies, etc. on speed dial who will jump through hoops for her. Best experience with a realtor ever!

Eric was very easy to work with.

Eric was thorough and quick to follow up with any questions we had. He bridged the gap between ourselves and sellers agent with ease. It's always smart to hire someone with local knowledge and we knew that going in to our Crooked lake house purchase. We stay in touch with Eric and would refer him to friends looking in the area.
