Brian made the entire process from start to finish much smoother than I would have thought as this is the first home we have purchased. He was in constant contact and always let us know what was next and went above and beyond helping us find an inspector and make a final decision on our home. I was very impressed with the efforts of Brian and the entire company especially toward closing when they managed to work through an obstacle which resulted from the seller's failure to make agreed repairs that satisfied the lender. Their adaptability and problem-solving enabled a resolution acceptable to all parties. Brian really made the experience as painless as possible and helped reduce my anxiety over what is a very big step for me and my family.

Due to an extreme time crunch, Brian went far out of his way to help us search the market and find our dream home in only 1 week. When we finally narrowed down our “favorites” list, Brian personally went to each house and sent us a detailed video recording to help us get an idea of the houses we might want to see when we came down to house hunt. During the time it took to process the paperwork, Brian worked with the listing agent to allow us to move in early (before closing) so that we wouldn’t be living in a hotel for 3 weeks with 3 pets. Brian truly cares about the people he works with and everything he did was to help us have a smooth transition to El Paso. We are so grateful to Brian for everything he did for us!

Brian provided excellent services. He was very helpful and willing to meet at hours that were convenient for us. He was receptive to our needs and goals during the sale. He was also extremely reachable, always answering calls and texts in a timely manner and with the highest professionalism. Simply put, we had an excellent experience working with Brian. He helped us sell our house immediately as it went on the market and was very proactive in communicating with the buyer's representatives. Highly recommended.
