Brian did a great job finding us a home, and getting us into it. We had many challenges during our time purchasing our home, but he was very patient with us and worked through everything with us to help us stay focused and get us what we wanted and needed from our home.
We weren't first time homebuyers but it was our first time buying a home a few thousand miles away. Our needs for a house are hard to come by in a resale market and can even be hard in this new construction market we are in. Brian and Elizabeth never made me feel like I had to settle for less than what I needed or wanted. They listened to any concerns I may have had, and answered all my texts and calls in a timely manner. Elizabeth does a great job of taking photos and video of the property, making you feel like you are actually walking the home with her. We did a virtual walkthrough of the home to check for any areas of concern before closing and Brian made us feel at ease about not physically being there and didnt make me feel like I was being over the top with some of the things I wanted corrected. Overall we had a great experience with Brian and Elizabeth. We love our home and so happy that Brian and Elizabeth could make it happen in the timeframe needed.
I don’t plan on selling any more houses in the near future, but if I were I’d go back to Brian. We have known him for several years and always found him to be a dependable and trustworthy person. When selling our home he was the utmost professional. He helped us with every step of the way from pricing to photos to staging/showing to offers and inspections to closing. Thank you, Brian, for making the process that much easier.
I first came in contact with Brian prior to moving to El Paso when I was having a hard time finding a rental at the height of the pandemic. He helped me find a place that I ended up living in for a year. It wasn’t even his listing. He found us a rental managed by a different company and even though it had no benefit to him other than he wanted to help us. It made a great impression because a year after that I was looking to buy a house so we contacted him and just closed on our new house! He helped us, patiently showed us many properties and when we found the perfect one he made every step as easy as possible and explained every detail to us. Highly recommended.
Trying to buy a home when the market is crazy and houses are going under contract in less than 48 hours is tough, doing it while living across the country adds even more stress. Brian and Elizabeth were a dream to work with, sending us multiple videos and pictures of homes and really listening to what our family needed. After finding the right home our roller coaster of a buying experience just kept going with pretty much every twist and turn you can think of, but they were always just a call or message away to figure out the problem. We will definitely tell everyone we know that is coming to this area who to call when buying a new home.
