What impressed me the most though was the way they looked out for us by advising us when to walk away because the offers were going too high knowing the house might not appraise for that much or be worth it three years down the road when we would have to sell. They also did many walk-throughs and videos for us since we were having to purchase site unseen 1800 miles away. I highly recommend them!

As a military family finding a home to buy out of state was scary, due to the fact we couldn’t be there to see them homes in person. So having to trusting someone was what we had to do. I’m so glad Brain and his team were able to assist us he made it easy and went out of his way for us. Blessed to say we are now living in our home and we love it!

Brian is very thorough, he started with a meet and greet over the phone. This being my 3rd home purchase and 2nd done long distance, I’ve never had the courtesy of communication like we did with Brian. Firstly, Elizabeth took a great video walkthrough for us since my husband was unable to see the house in person. It was like she was buying the home for herself. The situation as a bit stressful initially since we were in a multiple offer situation, but Brian laid the groundwork for what to expect and gave great advice. Our offer was accepted and then once under contract, Brian was great about explaining what would come next and explaining the paperwork we would have to sign.
