Carolyn was "my right hand" person in the sales process, especially given that I am resident of California and was not present to oversee all aspects involved in having the property ready for buyers. Not only was Carolyn able to find a buyer within a few days of having the house on the market, but she was also a great negotiator who worked out a very favorable deal on my behalf. If that weren't enough, Carolyn supervised and carefully oversaw all details and aspects of the sales process, such as making sure that all permits were closed, carefully reviewing data from existing items in the house, helping me find the right vendors to clean, fix and and finalize details prior to the closing date, constantly checking on the finalization of all projects, and etc. All in all, working with Carolyn was a seamless experience and for an out-of-state resident who was not able to be present for the entire deal, I felt that Carolyn was someone I could absolutely count on and trust. She was always available to answer my calls and addressed my concerns and questions in a timely, warm and friendly manner. The result of her outstanding work as a realtor is a property that was sold for very close to the asking price and within a very short period of time. I highly recommend Carolyn Joseph.
