This is the second time we have sold a home with Philip and Amy and we were thrilled to work with them again. We worked with them for several months leading up to listing our home and discussed the best options for timing, pricing and marketing of our home. No one can predict the future but they were spot on and really helped set expectations for us. Additionally, they were extremely professional but shared their opinions and our options when requested. Philip and Amy communicated often and ensured we understood the process and where we were in the process.
