Excellent First Home Buying Experience!

For almost a year I have been working with Rob and the RC Homes Group to purchase my first home. Rob was excellent throughout the whole process, initially by ensuring I was fully informed about what I was getting myself into and what to expect from the process as a whole. Rob continued to impress by being an excellent communicator and relaying information to me in a way that not only made me feel ready for what was to come but was also not overwhelming. I was very glad that throughout the whole process it was apparent Rob's goal was to help me find the home that I want. I felt continually reassured by Rob and never pressured or rushed to make a decision; he even kept a mind towards the future and helped me to think about potential resell value, home improvements, and other things I might do to the house after day 1 of purchasing.
