Tanya was wonderful. She got my house sold very quickly in a time that is extremely hard to sell. She knew the market so well that we set the price at a fair market value to be competitive. She also kept me informed through the whole process so I knew every second what was going on. Fantastic agent that knows how to work with military and VA loans. Very friendly and easy to work with when the inevitable problems do arise. Never worked with a better agaent.

This is the second time that we have worked with Jason. He was there for us when we built the house. He stayed on top of where we were in the process. Both buying and selling the house in Crestview. While selling my mom's house, I was able to go back to my hometown and leave a ton of responsibilities on Jason as far as getting the house emptied out, updated and ready for the market. He did a wonderful job and his communication was very reassuring. The house sold extremely quick and the rest of the process was painless. It was overwhelming for my mom, but Jason treated her with the utmost respect and she was able to close at a price that made her very happy. I appreciate all he was able to do for us long distance and would highly recommend him!

I moved out of state before putting my house up for sale, and Tanya handled absolutely everything from landscaping to staging to upgrading appliances, it was fantastic. I never stepped foot on the property again after moving out. She was able to get everything up to par and I was under contract the day after the open house!
