From our first encounter to the close of sale, Diane and Randal made our whole experience go as smoothly as possible. We are from out of state and had never been to Prescott, so Diane and Randal scheduled nearly a whole day with us to show us multiple houses in several different neighborhoods to help us get a feel for where we wanted to live. When we found the house we thought we wanted, Randal did a custom walk-through video and emailed the link to us so that we could preview the house before we flew in to look at it. The Pickle Lady helped us throughout the whole process with a terrific sense of humor and great encouragement during the zillions of details. There were many things that were different about buying a house in AZ from all the other houses we have bought/sold in the state where we live currently, and without Diane and Randal's help, I'm not sure that we could have navigated through the process.
