Diane and Randall were extremely helpful in helping us find the just right home for us in Prescott. We were shown homes in several different neighborhoods throughout Prescott for us to choose the area that we preferred to live in and they were extremely knowledgeable in these neighborhoods. They had a solid understanding of the real estate laws and always showed professionalism. Plus, they were just lots of fun! We could not have found a better team of agents to successfully find our home.

Diane and her husband Randal are phenomenal, knowledgeable and experienced in their work. It was really pleasant to work with and they also gave me so many advises on the house. We got the house within a short period of time

OUTSTANDING REALTOR!

The Team was very thorough and insightful on everything they did. They made the whole experience seamless! The E signing was Quick and effortless. The photography and video of the property enhanced the sale of our home. We would recommend the team to anyone.

We enjoyed working with Diane and Randall Breaux in our search to purchase a home. Diane knows the market well and was patient with us as she showed us many properties, ultimately walking us through the purchase process of the right home for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to friends.

My initial impressions of Diane and Randal were that this husband and wife team were amazing. They earned our business by presenting a comprehensive market analysis and plan that was by far professionally above the other relators we initially considered. My initial impressions were consistently validated by the amazing on-line video of the inside of our home that transitioned smoothly to the outside. Randal did such a great job I wanted to buy our house! And Diane consistently delivered high quality showings and kept us informed in a timely manner. They are a class act! I highly recommend these guys!

Diane Breaux "The Pickle Lady" and her husband, Randal, are truly experts in selling Prescott Lakes homes. We sold ours through their Secret Agent program and it was seamless, easy, and headache-free! This dynamite duo was always responsive to our needs and very proactive in their approach. Looking back on our experience I am still amazed at just how easy it was. I would definitely recommend Diane and her team if you are looking to buy or sell.

I appreciate the quick, thorough and accurate responses to my questions. I appreciate their efforts to understand my needs and their efforts to meet them.

Diane and Randall’s ‘Wind Down’ videos are informative and hilarious; this platform and a trusted referral sold me on their team to sell my house. Thinking their ‘secret agent’ program would give me time to feel out the market, I was surprised that they brought out their arsenal and had a buyer and we closed within 8 weeks. Diane and Randall made the experience seamless and enjoyable. And the homemade pickles are so tasty.

Diane & Randal were so incredibly patient with us, and found us the perfect home to start our next chapter in Prescott! We made multiple trips out there, and they were flexible to meet with us each time. They gave us great insight on the area and various neighborhoods, and were the most down to earth NO PRESSURE agents we’ve ever worked with! Grateful for their time and guidance, we are ready to call Prescott our new home!

Diane and Randal listened to our needs, did their research promptly, were excellent with feedback, and stayed available to us through the whole process! They made it one of the easiest home transactions we have had!

We were so lucky to have heard about the Pickle Lady, Diane Breaux and her husband Randal!! They sold our home using their Secret Agent method and all went so well. We found a home we wanted to buy but it was off the market. Diane contacted the owner and they decided to put it on the market. That transaction also went smoothly. We feel very blessed to have them!!
