Kimberlee and John Patterson were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process when we re-located to South Carolina. Kimberlee listened to what we needed for our home and kept a close eye on the market. She would send us updates often times before houses even officially hit the market. Patterson Group took into account not only our needs for our home, but also other details that were important to us like proximity to school, kid friendly neighborhoods, and amenities. Kimberlee and John know the Bluffton, HHI, and surrounding areas very well, and had our best interests in mind every step of the way. Patterson Group was great negotiating with the sellers agents. They have the data and tools to dial in the pricing to get the deal done. They helped make what was a pretty significant move for us from the north to the Lowcountry pretty darn easy & exciting. You can rest assured you're in good hands with the Kimberlee and John Patterson!

Tiz so easy to sing the praises of this lady! Kimberlee was and is an inspiration to me. She has a calm and peaceful presence, is a great listener, and always has an answer to my questions or gets the answer and follows through. I will and have recommended her to anyone wanting assistance with a home buying experience. She has focused and insightful comments and questions that helped me in my decisionmaking. She definitely knew the market well. And I love it when people are professional but not stuffy.:-) If you had 10 stars, she would get them! Thank you Kimberlee.

I’ve bought and sold several homes over the years. My experience with Liz and John was the very best in my life.
