He made suggestions for small home improvements and even provided the person that did the actual work. From the time I met Mike until this very day, I never, ever felt like I was just someone trying to sell a property, just some temporary business associate. I feel like our relationship is one of mutual caring, consideration, respect and friendship - this is a very rare quality, especially in today's world and I highly value and cherish it. I believe that it took 4 or 5 weeks from our initial meet until settlement. This was unbelievable, especially after the unfortunate results with the previous 2 realtors. In hindsight, I wish that I'd found Mike earlier in the process but I thank God that I found him when I did. He understood the assignment and he handled it like a champion!
