I met Mike Howell after dealing with 2 other realtors that failed me miserably. At the time of our initial meeting I was feeling burnt by my experiences with the prior realtors and I was very frustrated with realtors in general. Mike met me at the property and I was quite emotional. He listened to my concerns, gave me a hug and assured me that he would do his absolute best to get the property on the market and sell it. Mike presented comps that listed the prices of recently sold homes with comparable square footage in the community and this is how the listing price of the property was derived. He made suggestions for small home improvements and even provided the person that did the actual work. From the time I met Mike until this very day, I never, ever felt like I was just someone trying to sell a property, just some temporary business associate. I believe that it took 4 or 5 weeks from our initial meet until settlement. This was unbelievable, especially after the unfortunate results with the previous 2 realtors.
