Extremely Knowledgeable and Helpful

Nick was incredibly helpful. He took the time to really understand what our goals and priorities were in looking for a house. He also is extremely knowledgeable; we learned a great deal about how to look at houses during walk-throughs with him. Nick has a great deal of knowledge about the housing market in this area (including Middlesex/Somerset/Mercer counties), and he will explain the basis for his views and the limits of what he knows (and could know), which was especially useful in the exceptionally uncertain market of the past year. He is also very service-oriented, taking care of a number of things on our behalf, including things we didn't know needed to be taken care of. He always patiently answered all of our questions, and sought out answers he didn't know off the top of his head. NIck was always clear about adhering to ethical standards in conducting business, which is important to us. In the end, we bought a house that we are very happy with for a fair price, and the process went relatively smoothly thanks to Nick's guidance.
