When I first met Nick, he described himself as a “house nerd,” and that label proved to be spot on throughout our home-buying journey. As we toured various properties, Nick’s meticulous nature was evident. He inspected each house with the same care as if he were buying it for himself, attentively looking for both potential issues and interesting features. He continued to check in on the property and ensured that everything was progressing smoothly.
