So fast forward to when I was ready for my first home I knew I was going with Mark! Mark helped guide me to asking the right questions and thoroughly assess what my needs/wants were. He even opened me up to looking into areas I hadn't thought of and that's where we found my home! Mark was very patient and worked tirelessly to get the ball rolling on offers to closing. He does go above and beyond. I've recommended him numerous times (will continue to do so!), and I've always felt like I was his number one client!

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He brought in a stager who gave excellent advice on how to present our home, and then a photographer who took beautiful photos. After eight days, we accepted an offer above asking. Mark walked us along the whole process, and was always available to answer our questions. We really appreciate all of his hard work, and highly recommend him.

I had never bought a house before contacting Mark, so I was very unsure of the whole process and what I could expect. From the beginning, Mark was happy to answer questions and was so reliable in his communication. He has a great network of other professionals that can help you with the home-buying process, too, which was an invaluable resource as a first time buyer! I really can't say enough great things about my experience working with Mark because he made the process, which I've heard can be crazy and stressful, so smooth and enjoyable!

Mark epitomized the ideal realtor for me and my fiancee. As first time home buyers, we were nervous regarding the entire process from looking for a home to closing. Mark worked with us and help to set up property viewings for what we were interested in. He let us form our own opinion on each property, then provided his own expert perspective on it, often pointing out things we had overlooked. His insight was invaluable during the search. When we settled on moving forward with a property, Mark again used his knowledge and experience to guide us through the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and exercised patience in every communication with us. He stayed on top of all of the involved parties when it came to closing, and this made the process quick and as painless as possible. I don't intend on moving for a while, but when I do, I know I'll call on Mark's expertise again. I highly recommend him, and I question if anyone else would have done as excellent of a job!

Excellent experience Mark made the experience of selling my home so easy. This was the only home I'd ever purchased and I lived there for 16 years. The thought of selling my home and realizing how much I didn't know about selling my home was overwhelming. Mark made it easy and once my home was prepared to be seen by potential buyers the process was smooth. Mark was available to answer any questions and offered advice when needed and put my mind at ease when I had other concerns. I moved out of state a week before the closing and he took care of everything that needed to be done at that point in my absence. I'm almost sorry I left NJ as I would have definitely used Mark again for my next home buying/selling opportunity.
