He was extremely patient and took us to view many properties to give us a sense of the area and market values. This was valuable to prepare us to react quickly when the right property became available. Once we determined to purchase a property Michael was completely behind us and guided us through the process in a very practical and professional manner. Michael never applied any pressure in any part of the process. He knew how and when to give needed perspective. Michael was very responsive and always willing to battle for us if/when needed.
