Michael, has many years experience as a realtor in the Florida market and knows the market so very well. He is very professional. He has so much patience and is such a pleasure and fun to work with. He absolutely does not pressure you. He actually will tell you that the apartment is priced too high and it is not worth it. He gives you a very honest opinion.
