Deb answered all our questions around market timing (since it was around Xmas) and pricing (house needed work) and selling it “as is”. She was always available for our questions and didn’t hesitate to stop by on weekends or nights to drop off/pick up stuff as we worked on cleaning out the house. Over the past four months I have been working with Deb to find, and finally purchase, my first home. From the very first time meeting her, Deb has been amazing.
